After running a successful London music and events company for 10+ years, I decided it was time for a change, and in 2021 took a leap of faith to follow my passion for digital design for a career in user experience.

I joined London consultancy AND Digital as a UX researcher & designer and have spent the past 5 years developing my craft. With a focus on UCD research driven by my passion for inclusive design.

During this time I’ve had the opportunity to design digital solutions for enterprise clients across eCommerce, Insurance, Food & Beverage and Charity sectors.

I have a proven track record of driving change through design. Combining deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise with hands-on experience using the tools required to capture and interpret user behaviour. Translating complex research findings into clear, strategic recommendations that generate Executive buy-in and shape product direction.
